Terms & Conditions

Entry & Eligibility

Yacht Rave is an 18+ event. Entry requires a valid pass and a government-issued photo ID matching the booking name. The organisers and vessel crew reserve the right to refuse boarding to any guest who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

Passes & Refunds

Passes are limited to 400+ handpicked guests, are non-refundable, and are transferable up to 7 days before the event with written confirmation from our team. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, all passes are refunded in full. Rescheduling due to weather or port authority direction does not qualify as cancellation.

On-Board Conduct

All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Maritime safety rules apply for the full duration of the charter. Dangerous behaviour, unauthorised access to restricted areas, or possession of prohibited items will result in removal at the next docking without refund.

Liability

Guests board and sail at their own risk to the extent permitted by law. Agents Clan Ventures and M2M Ferries are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings on board.

Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for event coverage and promotion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
